Onsite Flu Shot Service
We provide onsite Flu Shot & All immunization Service
- Pharmacy and Team will come to your workplace to administer flu shot & any other Vaccines.
- Pharmacy will bill Insurance for the shots.
- Non-Covered shots can be billed to employee (at the event) or to the organization.
- Pharmacy Team will manage the Crowd and appointments.
Prior to Event
- We will collect employee information prior to event with a simple form.
- Employee will make an appointment for the day based on available timeslot for Crowd Control and organized flow of vaccination.
- We will bill employees insurance prior to event to check eligibility.
- Team will contact employee if there is any copay.
On the Day of the Event
- Pharmacy Team will need few tables and chairs to set up.
- We will bring all the required supplies and paperwork.
- Employees walk in at their assigned time slot. Fill out 5 question form. Receives vaccine.
COVID Measures
- All pharmacy team will have mask on. Gloves changes between patients.
- Minimal documentation to avoid touch points. Most documents filled out online with emails.
- (Optional) paperless option to avoid any touch points. Easy walk in and immunize
General Information
- Onsite immunization service is available 7 days a week at preferred times.
- We can immunize 50 shots per hour.
- We can travel to any Southern California Locations.
- We ask a minimum of 70-100 participants for a no cost onsite visit.
